AIML Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer to lead our Machine Learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage a team of talented data scientists and engineers, owning the end-to-end AI/ML portfolio of the organization.

What You Will Do

Define and execute the organization's AI/ML strategy and roadmap, architect and implement advanced machine learning solutions, build and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs), and develop and optimize RAG pipelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in AI/ML
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, RAG, and LLM fine-tuning
• Hands-on proficiency with Python, PyTorch, and transformer-based architectures
• Deep understanding of Hugging Face Transformers and related frameworks
• Proven experience handling end-to-end ML operations in production
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and scalability
