Job description
We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead with deep technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Caching, and Multithreading. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving end-to-end technical solutions, mentoring developers, and ensuring best practices across the development lifecycle.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java-based applications. Architect, build, and enhance microservices-based systems using Spring Boot. Drive performance optimization using effective caching strategies.
Must-Have Skills: Strong expertise in Core Java (7+ years), Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Deep understanding of Microservices architecture, Expertise in Caching frameworks (Redis, Hazelcast, etc.), Solid understanding and practical experience in Multithreading & Concurrency.
