Job description
We're looking for a passionate L&D Consultant who thrives at transforming complex technical content into structured, engaging learning experiences. The role involves designing and structuring end-to-end learning journeys across tech domains, collaborating with engineering teams, SMEs & stakeholders, and building engaging, outcome-driven training programs.
Design and structure end-to-end learning journeys, convert raw SME inputs into clear, learner-friendly modules, create training materials, collaborate with engineering teams, SMEs & stakeholders, and build engaging, outcome-driven training programs.
We're looking for someone with strong experience in Instructional Design / Curriculum Design, excellent communication & stakeholder management skills, and experience working with technical teams or in tech-driven environments.
