Infraspeak is seeking a Customer Onboarding Engineer | Implementation Specialist to lead client implementation projects, configure their solution, and ensure a successful launch.
Requirements
- Native-level or fluent Spanish
- Business-level English
- Business-level French (bonus points)
- Strong background in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, etc.) or facilities/maintenance management
- Proven B2B SaaS experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience with maintenance management software (CMMS) or CRM platforms
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to teach and communicate complex technical concepts
- Collaborative, with a desire to 'keep learning' and share knowledge
