Underwriter

We are looking for an Underwriter to perform comprehensive QC reviews on closed residential mortgage loans across multiple loan types while ensuring strict compliance with agency, investor, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Conduct end-to-end QC validation including income, assets, credit, collateral, compliance, and closing documentation.
• Identify underwriting, documentation, and compliance deficiencies.
• Ensure adherence to Agency and Investor guidelines, Federal and State mortgage regulations, and Internal QC policies and procedures.
• Maintain 100% compliance with process-related policies, controls, and governance standards.
• Adhere to established Quality and Quantity SLAs.
• Support corrective action and preventive action initiatives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with Product Management to enhance platform features and user experience.
