Agentic AI Engineer

ING is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to specialize in the engineering and development of agentic solutions, designing, building, and scaling distributed agentic architectures within the bank. The ideal candidate will have experience with Python, microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, and async programming, as well as familiarity with agentic frameworks, LLMs, and vector DBs.

Requirements

• Design and build cloud-native, distributed systems using Python
• Develop microservices and REST/gRPC APIs with async programming models
• Work with LLMs, RAG systems, vector databases, and multi-agent architectures
• Deploy and operate solutions using Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs in a modern analytics engineering setup
• Apply strong software engineering best practices: testing, version control, documentation, and code reviews
