Job Description
ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a Finance Business Partner (AVP) to join its Financial Markets Controller team. The role involves providing strategic financial insights and advice to support ING's Financial Markets business. As part of a small, high-performing team, the successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders in Wholesale Banking – Financial Markets and contribute to initiatives that drive smarter, more efficient ways of working.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Experience in banking, particularly Financial Markets
- Advanced studies in Finance (e.g., Master’s degree, MBA, CFA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, finance advisory, or business controlling roles
- Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to create clear and compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate financial insights
- Strong hands-on experience with Advanced Excel, including Power Query Power BI and other visualization tool
- Familiarity with SmartView, Hyperion, Essbase, or TM1 is a plus
- Strong learning agility and a proactive, self-starting approach to problem-solving
- Passion for continuous improvement and driving efficiency through automation
