Head Of sourcing

The Head of Sourcing will lead strategic sourcing and expert lead transformation, ensuring optimal supplier outcomes, regulatory compliance, and strong governance. They will act as a strategic interface between sourcing, business, procurement, risk, and senior governance bodies, setting clear standards, strengthening oversight, and guiding complex sourcing decisions.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in sourcing, category management, procurement, or supplier governance
• Several years of experience leading teams or complex sourcing initiatives
• Master's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of sourcing frameworks, negotiation, contract management, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
