As Regional Director Sales – Private Banking, you will lead the South East region and achieve commercial ambitions within your area. You will lead a regional operating sales and advisory team and ensure a high level of professionalism within the framework of applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in Private Banking, preferably at regional or national level
- Strong track record in managing commercial teams and achieving results in a complex, regulated environment
- Experience with funnel management, sales strategy, and hybrid sales models
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
- Academic work and thinking level and in possession of required certifications (DSI Advisory, WFT Basis, Wealth and Hypothecary Credit)
