Senior Dev Engineer

As a Senior Dev Engineer at ING, you will be a senior technical leader and hands-on expert who raises the engineering bar across multiple squads. You will design and evolve complex, scalable systems, lead critical initiatives end-to-end, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in modern backend and/or full-stack development
• Deep understanding of distributed systems design
• Proven experience with reliability engineering concepts
• Strong experience with observability tooling and production support at scale
• Strong understanding of security-by-design principles
