Service Engineer

The Air Treatment Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air treatment equipment at customer sites across Japan. This role ensures equipment reliability, optimal performance, and high customer satisfaction while supporting the broader sales and service organization.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields
• 2+ years of service experience in industrial equipment, compressed air, HVAC, filtration, or similar fields
• Native-level Japanese; basic English preferred for manuals, training, and internal communication
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within Japan
