Job description
Manage solar project development from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to contractual requirements. Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and day-to-day operations. Provide direction and support to the project team and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
Develop project plans, manage timelines, track deliverables, and monitor progress. Ensure project deliverables meet company quality standards and contract requirements. Minimize exposure and risk, and develop recovery plans for unanticipated issues.
This role requires a critical thinker with excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in project management, solar PV systems, and electrical systems is preferred. Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and respond to changing situations.
