Account Manager

We are a fast-growing SaaS company looking for a driven Account Manager to help our customers achieve sustainable, healthier, and profitable buildings. As an Account Manager, you will be the point of contact for our customers and ensure they get the most out of our collaboration.

Requirements

• Developing and implementing a tailored account plan per customer
• Identifying cross- and upsell opportunities within your portfolio and converting them into concrete deals
• Managing the entire sales administration: creating proposals, legal checks, CRM updates, etc.
• Working with Customer Success to get a sharp understanding of customer needs and translate them into actions
• Forecasting revenue growth and customer developments
