Staff Program Manager

Innatera is a rapidly growing Dutch semiconductor company that develops ultra-efficient neuromorphic processors for AI at the edge. The Staff Program Manager will drive delivery across the SDK, Platform, and Applications teams, translating the software roadmap into an integrated execution plan and ensuring milestone shipments land predictably with measurable quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in a senior role within the high-tech industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and ability to adapt processes to team needs.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project) and data analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
