Trainer für Technische Produktschulungen (m/w/d)

As a Trainer, you will provide technical product training for customers, sales partners, and internal staff to enable efficient and effective operation of Jenbacher products. You will actively contribute to the continuous development and improvement of our training programs and occasionally support the Field Service Team with your expertise during training assignments.

Requirements

• Conducted all basic and advanced technical presence and practice training in your own field
• Proactively developed training content in close cooperation with the Global Product Training Center Team
• Created and updated training materials, documentation, and eTrainings-modules in cooperation with the Instructional Design Team
• Led training-related projects, e.g. definition/design & construction of training motors, simulators, training aids, etc.
• Created a positive, constructive learning environment through the application of modern methods of adult education
• Ensured an excellent customer experience for training participants considering different cultural backgrounds
• Occasionally took on Field Service assignments to stay up-to-date with the current Jenbacher product technology
• Complied with all relevant specifications of the INNIO Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and Energy Management System (ISO 50001)
