As Head of Operations Americas, you will ensure that operations across US and LatAm markets run smoothly, efficiently, and in a way that truly fits the local reality of each market. You will lead the continuous adaptation, optimization and iteration of operational processes, translating global principles into effective local execution, while feeding real market insights back into the disciplinary teams to improve and evolve the overall operating model.
Requirements
- Strong background in Operations, Business, Engineering or similar, ideally in fast-growing or complex organizations.
- Proven experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams in an international context.
- High comfort operating in a transversal leadership role, influencing without direct disciplinary ownership.
- Strong process mindset, with the ability to both design systems and dive into execution details.
- Familiarity with AI tools to streamline processes.
- Excellent understanding of how operational functions (Supply, Finance, Ops, Support) interconnect.
- Natural leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, align and support people across teams.
- High level of ownership, resilience and willingness to work hard in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Strong communication skills, especially in cross-cultural and cross-country setups.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
