AI Platform Lead

Innovapptive is an enterprise SaaS company building an AI-powered Connected Worker Platform for industrial organizations. The AI Platform Lead (MCP + Orchestration) will design and implement Innovapptive’s AI Agent Runtime Architecture — the middleware layer that connects AI Agents, microservices, data sources, and human users through a secure and governed control plane.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• 2 years in AI Systems, Platform, or Orchestration architecture
• Strong expertise in AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, DSPy) and orchestration systems (Temporal.io, Airflow, Ray)
• Solid background in microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, Azure OpenAI) and embedding pipelines
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Go; strong grounding in AWS or GCP cloud architecture
• Deep understanding of AI observability, governance, cost control, and telemetry
• Excellent system design communication skills and ability to bridge technical and business teams
