Chef de Cuisine

A Chef de Cuisine is responsible for supervising culinary production, planning menus, designing plating presentations, and coordinating kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food and a positive work environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience as a chef in an upscale, high-volume restaurant
• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
• Must have a flexible schedule, available to work daytime, evening and/or weekend shifts
