Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management within construction, signage, or design-build environments
- Strong knowledge of multifamily construction projects and signage packages
- Experience working with general contractors, subcontractors, and project contracts (AIA experience preferred)
- Proficiency in project management tools (ERP systems) and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
