Senior Paid Social Media Buyer - Lead Generation

We’re looking for a Senior Paid Social Media Buyer with deep expertise in direct response lead generation to manage and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in paid social media buying (direct response focus)
• Proven track record scaling campaigns to $500K–$1M+ monthly spend
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads (required), TikTok Ads (strongly preferred)
• Experience in one or more of: Mortgage, Solar, Insurance, Home services
• Strong understanding of: CPL optimization, Funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, LTV), Creative testing frameworks
