
Job description
Join our Shared Services Platform as an Analyst. Master client support & projects while building a direct career path into Salesforce, Data & Analytics, or Intelligent Automation. The Shared Services Platform operates as a centralised shared services function, supporting Managed Services, Project Delivery, and PMO activities across all Innovior service lines.
Provide day-to-day client support, operate as Level 1 (L1) support, and escalate complex problems to L2/L3 roles. Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders, participate in client-facing meetings, and act as the trusted initial point of contact for clients.
This role provides a structured pathway into our Salesforce, Intelligent Automation, or Data & Analytics consulting service lines with high-performing Analysts progressing quickly. You will work closely with senior consultants to build technical and professional capability, depending on your chosen path.
