Job description
We’re looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant with hands-on experience delivering solutions on Salesforce Health Cloud. You’ll work with healthcare and aged care organizations to design and implement Salesforce solutions that genuinely improve how services are delivered to patients, members and care teams.
Lead discovery workshops with healthcare and aged care clients, Translate business requirements into functional solution designs, Configure Salesforce Health Cloud (data model, care plans, patient profiles, workflows), Work closely with Solution Architects and Developers to deliver high-quality outcomes, Support UAT, training and go-live activities, Contribute to best practice frameworks and accelerators for healthcare implementations, Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
