
Job description
Join InnovMetric's Sales and Administration Operations team as an Administrative Assistant. Collaborate with team members to perform a broad range of tasks, including administrative operations, infrastructure management, and customer support.
Process shipping requests, deliver a high-quality visitor experience, respond to day-to-day demands, process software key requests, participate in purchasing, manage invoices, process travel requests, and provide operational support.
This role requires at least one year of experience in administrative or operational support, proficiency in Microsoft 365, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining rigor and organization.
