HR Generalist

Role Overview

Join our People team as an HR Generalist to support the growth of Innovorder. You will be the direct right-hand person of the HR Director, responsible for recruitment, personnel administration, and talent development.

What You Will Do

Recruitment & sourcing, personnel administration & payroll, talent development & internal mobility, including writing employment contracts, managing formalities, and leading offboarding.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in an HR generalist role, ideally in a scale-up or fast-growing SME
• Experience in multi-profile recruitment is essential
• A first exposure to personnel administration and payroll is a real plus
• Mastering HR tools: ATS type Teamtailor (or equivalent), LinkedIn Recruiter, payroll tools
• Good legal culture in French labor law (contracts, working hours, apprenticeships, departure procedures)
• Good writing skills: job postings, announcements, letters, minutes, procedures
• Mastering Notion (or equivalent documentation tool) and Google Suite tools
• Familiarity with AI generative tools applied to HR
