
Job description
Join our Sales Development team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and be responsible for generating a pipeline of new business opportunities through prospecting into companies and having high-level conversations with C-level executives. This position has advancement potential within the sales organization.
Generate a pipeline of leads and business opportunities through prospecting into companies and conducting market research, follow up with prospects through inbound and outbound cold calls and emails, and partner with Account Executives to move along qualified pipeline through the sales cycle.
We are looking for self-motivated, tenacious, and goal-oriented individuals who are recent college graduates or individuals early in their career. You will have the opportunity to be part of a diverse team, level up with internal trainings, and become a Shareowner through our eligibility-based ESOP.
