Role Overview

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team and help us grow a self-managed, self-organized, and collaborative world-class agile culture. As a Scrum Master, you will guide agile teams, coach product development teams, and participate in scrum meetings to monitor and give feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• +1 years of experience as a Scrum Master working with several scrum teams
• +1 year of experience working with several software development teams
• Deep understanding of Agile principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a Scale-up environment
