Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, RevOps Specialist, Systems Developer, or Automation Product Owner
- Strong understanding of, and prior experience working with, Accounting/Finance, Operations, and Sales departments
- Solid knowledge of SaaS ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, HRIS)
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Celigo, Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier, or internal platforms
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C++, JavaScript, Python, SuiteScripts, or Apex
- Comfortable working with data mapping, APIs, and process flow diagrams
- English C1 level is required; German is a plus
