Job Description
Instead is a tax platform focused on helping taxpayers and professionals collaborate for tax savings. They are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to assist clients with strategic tax planning and implementation, working with US and India teams and US tax firms. The role involves identifying tax savings opportunities, preparing returns, and delivering comprehensive tax advisory services.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of public accounting experience with strong exposure to tax compliance
- Proficient in preparing returns for (some not all) 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, 1065
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Experience with client-facing interactions and relationship management
