Doctorant.e – Cinétique et thermodynamique à haute température des biocarbones graphitiques (biochars). Application au stockage d’énergie – CDD 36 mois (H/F)

Doctoral position – Kinetics and thermodynamics of high-temperature biocarbons (biochars). Application to energy storage – 36-month contract (H/F) at IMT Mines Albi in France. The position is part of an ERC project aiming to evaluate the storage capacity of innovative composite biocarbons.

Requirements

• Knowledge of thermodynamics and/or kinetic modeling
• Programming skills (e.g., data analysis, scientific calculation)
• Experience with material characterization techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoemission spectroscopy (XPS), thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry (TGA-DSC), and nitrogen sorption (N2)
