Job Description
The Institute for Justice, the national law firm for liberty, is seeking experienced litigators to join their headquarters office in Arlington, VA, and other locations. The role involves cutting-edge constitutional cases, fighting government abuses, and championing individual rights.
Requirements
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Desire to create real-world impact
- At least 5 years experience litigating cases in federal or state courts
- Passion for limiting government power
- Judicial clerkship experience (not required, but strongly preferred)
- Applicants for certain offices must be active members of the state bar or eligible to waive in upon hire
