Litigation Attorney

The Institute for Justice, a national law firm for liberty, is seeking experienced litigators to join its headquarters office in Arlington, VA, and other locations. The role involves developing cases, directing legal strategy, and presenting oral arguments in federal and state courts.

Requirements

• Excellent writing and communication skills
• At least 5 years experience litigating cases in federal or state courts
• Judicial clerkship experience (not required, but strongly preferred)
