Research Assistant

We are seeking a Research Assistant to join our Strategic Research team at the Institute for Justice, creating data-driven research to advance individual rights and achieve reform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences
• Proficient with Excel and Stata, R, Python, or SPSS
• Experience working with quantitative data
• Identifying, downloading, and manipulating datasets
• Collecting original data through various methods
• Entering data manually or coding qualitative data
• Generating descriptive statistics
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Dedication to accuracy and meeting deadlines
