Corporate Development Associate

Intapp is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to join their Corporate Development team. The Associate will support inorganic transactions across the company's business units, conducting market research, analyzing financial models, and managing due diligence processes.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of total professional work experience
• 2+ years in Investment Banking as an Analyst or Corporate Development or Private Equity Analyst
• Highly proficient in financial, valuation, and quantitative analyses
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Resourceful, persistent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s Degree required
