Engineer I

As an Engineer I, you will perform work that involves general engineering methods and tools, adhering to Integer's Values and safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements. You will work under the supervision of experienced engineers and managers to select and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria to make adaptations and modifications to existing products and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related technical field
• 0-3 years of experience (5+ years of relevant experience considered with no degree)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Solid technical aptitude
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a high-energy production environment
• Positive, can-do attitude
