Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive engineering and/or technically focused roles and experiences
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related technical field; Master's degree preferred
- Subject matter expert in an engineering or specialty field
- Strong technical and problem-solving foundation
- Training and certifications in problem-solving and project management methodologies (e.g., 6-Sigma, 8D, RCA, 5-Why, Ishikawa, Kepner-Tregoe, PMP)
