Inventory Control Manager

Role Overview

Lead the inventory process control and guide the operational flow to achieve the best standards of service and quality for transportation and logistics.

What You Will Do

Utilize effective communication, create and implement systems, identify and resolve issues, monitor and enforce process audit program, perform administrative activities, utilize planning and execution skills, safeguard warehouse operations, guide team members, oversee performance management process, train and coach team members.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related business
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Production, or Distribution environment

• Ability to motivate others with strong conflict management and problem-solving skills
