Job description
The Logistics Yard Operations Manager oversees daily yard operations, including gate management, supervision of yard drivers, and maintenance of yard inventory. They develop and maintain work plans, coordinate activities, and ensure operational efficiency.
Manage a 24/7 yard operation, develop and maintain work plans, plan and assign work schedules, ensure yard maintenance, monitor productivity, and provide training and guidance to yard personnel.
The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of supervisory or managerial experience in high-volume on-yard operations, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and computer literacy with MS Office Suite.
