Program Manager

Role Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for all financial, technical, administrative, performance, and personnel aspects of the Department of Treasury Governance and Enablement (Gv&E) contract and its component awards.

What You Will Do

Responsible for the integration of key enterprise platforms, leveraging AI integrations, establishing a mature program management framework, and overseeing performance management program for all project staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar Information Technology Field
• 5 years' experience managing a program with an annual budget exceeding $9M
• Certification in program management (i.e. Program Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM))
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Power BI, ServiceNow, and enterprise data services
• Experience with AI solutions
• Demonstrated success in working with client for on-contract business growth
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Demonstrated experience managing personnel
• Demonstrated experience supporting business development activities
• Public Trust with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
