Program Manager

Role Overview

The Program Manager provides comprehensive program management oversight for all contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting the task order for the Product Manager Biometrics (PM BIO), under Project Manager Terrestrial Sensors (PM TS), Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE), Layered Protection and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN).

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary interface with the Government Lead, develop and execute a comprehensive Program Management Plan, direct and control all contractor activities, assume full responsibility for the program's financial performance, and manage budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical or managerial discipline
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Advanced Level in Program Management
• Fifteen (15) years of professional experience in program/project management
• Experience in the areas of schedule management, quality management, budget management, risk management, configuration management, and requirements management
• Secret security clearance
