Job Description
Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves to travel and provide exceptional customer service? IPS is seeking a dynamic Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, no day will be the same. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment while delivering top-notch service to our customers.
Requirements
- Field Service Technician experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, gearboxes, pumps, or similar rotating industrial equipment
- Proven ability to read and interpret precision measuring instruments and technical blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical failures in a fast-paced, continuous improvement environment
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate technical findings professionally
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable record
