Porter / Groundskeeper - Three77 Park

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a Porter / Groundskeeper to maintain the peak appearance of their luxury multifamily community, Three77 Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for various groundskeeping and maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass background & drug screen
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must speak and write English
• Must have physical strength to move dumpsters 3 times a week with little to no assistance
• Must have swimming pool maintenance experience
• Prefer high school graduate, although this is not mandatory.
• Previous groundskeeper/porter experience helpful, but not required.
