Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to lead and elevate sales performance across a portfolio of senior living communities. The Regional Director of Sales will be responsible for driving occupancy, increasing revenue, and developing high-performing sales teams across multiple communities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales excellence within senior living
- Strong experience in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, ideally in a rental community model. Lease-up experience is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success driving occupancy, revenue, and sales performance across multiple communities
- Strong ability to coach, develop, and hold community sales leaders and teams accountable
- Deep understanding of sales process management, lead conversion, and CRM-driven performance
- High level of business acumen, including data analysis, market positioning, and competitive strategy
- Strong partnership mindset with Executive Directors and operational leaders
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong communication skills and leadership presence
- Willingness to travel 50%+ across an assigned region
- Willingness to jump in and personally support communities when needed, including providing interim coverage for open sales roles
