Leasing Agent

Leasing Agent is the property’s marketing and sales representative whose primary duties are to market the property/company, greet clients, to present professionally the features and benefits of their assigned community and properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons, in a manner consistent with Integrity Asset Management’s standards and expectations.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Ability to stand and walk or sit alternatively depending on specific needs of the day
• Ability to lift and carry weights under 50 lbs
