Service Technician responsible for maintaining physical integrity of community, ensuring clean and well-maintained living environments, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Three (3) years of property maintenance experience
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
