
Job description
The Associate Account Supervisor is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on healthcare member marketing. This role serves as a strategic bridge between client stakeholders, internal strategy, creative, and compliance teams—ensuring that all deliverables are insight-driven, brand-aligned, and regulatory-compliant.
Manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, develop creative briefs, presentations, and client-ready materials, and ensure marketing materials meet CMS Medicare guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
This role requires strong coordination across multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and evolving priorities. The ideal candidate will have 4–7+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or advertising, and experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
