Intel Foundry is seeking a Director - Foundry Business Development to initiate business engagement on new opportunities with new and existing customers, and close sales opportunities. The role requires knowledge of fabless semiconductor market and customers comprehensive understanding of design and manufacturing solutions, and hands on experience in complex foundry business and contract negotiations.
Requirements
- Develop and execute Intel Foundry Services sales plan and manage sales goals and budget for target accounts
- Create strategic business relationships and drive new revenue sources for the organization
- Negotiate strategic and complex design and manufacturing deals
- Collaborate with members of the IFS team and supporting organizations to ensure excellent customer experience
- Help recruit and hire sales staff, coach and grow IFS account teams’ resources
- Manage customer demand forecast, and provide judged short and long term volume and revenue plans per customer
- Monitor the market and competitor technology, services, capacity for timely business sensing
- Review customer activity, anticipate customer needs, and improve customer satisfaction
- Create sales reports and provide feedback to the leadership team
- Develop and execute licensing and business agreements for design and manufacturing services
- Identify where improvements can be made and develop sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
