MES Lead

Seeking an MES Cutover Lead to manage and execute cutover activities for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) as part of a large-scale transformation program, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in MES or manufacturing system implementations/cutovers
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and system dependencies
• Experience managing cutover events in complex environments
• Excellent coordination and decision-making skills under pressure
• Strong communication skills with technical and operational teams
