Director of Clinical Education On-site

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be a prime mover in a rapidly growing, patient-focused business. The Director of Clinical Education is responsible for developing training materials, delivering training, and ensuring the success of training programs for onboarding new teammates, continuing education, and leadership development.

Requirements

• Candidate must be a Registered Nurse.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in clinical training, program development, and leadership or related areas.
• Minimum five years of experience planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs.
• Minimum five years of management experience and progressively responsible professional experience, with preference for service-oriented, distribution, or healthcare organizations.
• Experience creating and implementing an enhanced/scalable nurse preceptor program with a remote workforce.
