
Job description
Join ICES on a new contract impacting national security as a Configuration Management Analyst. Develop and recommend strategies to optimize systems configuration procedures, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Perform research and analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of current systems.
Implement solutions in problem areas, based on findings from analytical assessments. Provide configuration support by assisting with system installation, troubleshooting, upgrades, and conducting regular maintenance checks.
Contribute to moderately complex aspects of a project, utilizing both independent and collaborative work approaches. Develop and use more complex concepts and processes to enhance configuration management outcomes.
