
Job description
As a Systems Engineer, specific responsibilities include supporting deployment of upgrades and new features of SAM Tools, creating application documentation, and providing training to government via briefing and informal training session.
Conduct planning, analysis, and traceability of user requirements, architectures, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems. Develop solutions designs based on analysis of requirements and new technology.
Guide and assist the Government in the capture and translation of mission and customer requirements/needs into systems/capability requirements and solutions. Perform SAM Customer Service Support.
