Job Description
IAI is looking for a Research Scientist to contribute and lead research and development efforts in natural language processing, text analysis, and graph analysis. The candidate will develop a portfolio of related research and work with technical and project management teams to transition technology into products.
Requirements
- Develop new ideas and write proposals in research areas
- Develop methods for entity extraction and entity relationships in text documents
- Develop methods for topic modeling and document categorization
- Develop methods for feature extraction
- Evaluate the performance of a variety of text algorithms
- Explore the use of novel methods for information retrieval on large corpora
- Formulate research ideas to solve new problems and transform into business development opportunities
- Communicate findings effectively in the form of briefings and technical reports
